How to get a Telecrest Global SIM

Just logon to our website (www.globaltelecrest.com) and check the rates for the destination of your choice or make a call to our customer care number @91 11 23322910. Our representative will give you all the information regarding the same.

Documents required:

One passport size photograph

Copy of Passport (self attested)

Copy of Valid Visa/Valid Air-ticket (self attested)

You need to fill up and sign the KYC form , to be provided by us.

Do I need to give advance payment to avail Telecrest SIM card?

Yes, all the cost will be paid in advance as it is the Prepaid SIM Card.

Cheque and Cash both accepted.

How to use the SIM?

Just insert the Telecrest SIM Card in your Mobile Phone. After switching on enter:

PIN: 10000 for Global Profile.

PIN: 20000 for UK Profile (person travelling to UK only)

PIN: 30000 for European Union (EU) Profile

PIN: 40000 for USA & India

Your SIM is ready for use.

Are there any additional charges?

No additional charges. The call tariff is available for all countries in our website www.globaltelecrest.com. Kindly note our tariff plans are exclusive of service tax, shipping charges, government taxes.

How can I obtain for Telecrest SIM Card if I am not in/from New Delhi & NCR?

We have our representatives at many States of India. Else, we can provide you the SIM Card through courier services within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation after the submission of documents and verification by us.

I am unable to make calls from India?

As per the Department of Telecommunication guidelines & regulations, Global Roaming services doesn’t work in India as it is meant for persons travelling out of india. We offer International Mobile solutions to travellers going abroad.
